I’m a nature and conservation photographer based in northern California. I’ve always had an interest in science and animal behavior and from an early age envisioned myself becoming a modern day Jacques Cousteau.

However, after learning that I had far more interest in data mining and statistics than organic chemistry, photography became my way of staying close to nature and observing wildlife behaviors.

My hope is that my photography strengthens a viewer’s connection to the natural world by presenting relatable moments from nature, while posing questions that can pique the interests of scientists and nature lovers alike.
